General Liability Insurance: Tyler Company, Inc., maintains general & automobile liability coverate in the amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and an additional $5,000,000.00 umbrella excess liability for automobile, general liability. Pollution liability coverage in the amount of $2,000,000.00. (See insurance certificate below.) Bonding: Tyler Company, Inc., is pre-qualified to obtain bid bonds, performance & payment bonds in the amount of $4,000,000.00. Increased bond limits are available on a per project basis. Tyler Company, Inc., has never failed to success fully complete a bonded or non-bonded project in our company history. Workers Compensation Insurance: Tyler Company, Inc., maintains Workers Compensation Insurance as required by Wisconsin state law, plus a $5,000,000.00 umbrella. Sub-contractors: Tyler Company, Inc., requires updated insurance certificates naming our company as additionally insured prior to the sub starting on our projects.
